Service Team - HELP! Up till recently, this was a no brainer for my family, and it gave me and my husband peace of mind that we haven't experienced in a long time. FIVE STARS for that alone. But... I have not been getting push notifications since the text notifications stopped. I have all notifications turned on. I get emails, but I don't check them except a few times a day... What can I do to fix this?

This app and device worked wonderful for my family. You set up a boundary for your loved one, and as soon as the person wearing the device stepped a foot out of the boundary, it alerted you and gave you a real-time location. So you could find them in minutes. We were able to name locations. The battery life on the device is three days without needing to be charged. We put it on the charger nightly, but I checked once just to see how long it worked without needing to be charged.

Great device and app to help you track your child's whereabout. Sometimes the reading can be off and can give false reading. But overall is good. We can get misreading like once a month. Its not consistency. The app, you can keep track of your payment who can see and listen (depends on school policy) and be there for your child at all times when your not there with them. I like it. Ive been using it since 2016

Highly recommend, gives me as a caregiver of someone with autism who is non verbal and also tends to elope peace of mind. But now suddenly the app doesn't work. I go to open the app and it does, but it doesn't go past the main logo. It just stays on the logo. So I can't even use the app anymore. I just updated the app.

love the app when it works. keeps freezing upon opening. I'll have to retart my phone to get it to open up and work. Luckily I'll still get email notifications of my daughter's movements. That is how I realize that I am not receiving app notifications. Other than that, no issues.

Such a relief.... having the app and device has given me the piece of mind to enjoy the time away from my son in peace and with ease. I use to worry about him all the time, when we weren't together. I'm super grateful for the service.
