For the past three weeks, when I'm joining my therapy appointment, the app crashes. I had to cancel one session completely because I couldn't switch to my computer once it started, and today I was able to switch to my computer, but lost part of my appointment time due to the app crashing. Hope this gets fixed, as the app is usually very convenient.

Stopped working altogether. It crashes when I try to log in. Missed my last appointment because of this and I still haven't gotten into the app. There have also been a lot of problems on the backend since they switched systems: providers can't connect with video, they're not notified when I'm in their waiting room, and web-based on desktop never connects properly. I love my providers with Amwell but I have no way to access them now. Help!

Guess my stomach will explode👍 Freezes a lot. When prompted to agree to Notice of Privacy Practices and Terms of Use, it will never load them. It'll just say the title and then "Contents" and nothing else. Tapped everything I could and it only zoomed in sometimes. App is currently frozen despite closing it and reopening it. Can't access the app now! Edit: the App Store also won't let me access the "Tell us more (optional)" section, how delightful!

I registered, saw a doctor & had the prescription sent in all while waiting to be seen at my local urgent care center! I walked out before they even called my name and I haven't been back since! Excellent app and service that I've recommend to several people I know. I like how it allows you to choose from a list of currently available doctors (with a short bio for each) instead of just connecting you with whoever is next. The app functions without any errors and is easy to use.

First time using the app, it didn't give us our cost. Doesn't give us a place to rate our give feedback on the doctor in the app. Took 20 minutes to call us. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes and didn't even bother to introduce himself. I cannot see or find a record of who we spoke with. No way to check on status of appointment or cancel it after getting out of the screen (if there was it was difficult to find).

Doctor on Demand is way better! Amwell's user interface isn't good, and when I went for my appointment (which I had to make 2 weeks ahead), they had a ton of questions to fill out that I wasn't able to fill out ahead of time. When I was done, they were stuck on a "calculating your payment" page for a really long time, then said they couldn't reach my insurance! My only options were pay out-of-pocket or cancel the appointment! No retry option! I lost the appointment I waited 2 weeks for!!!
