Not recommended. It lags after adding your data for a request. Not that practical as I thought. Team couldn't fix the issue, only telling you to wait for 24 hrs before trying again. Update: I am not talking about OTP, I meant a request for a doctor. It took a very long time with no result even after several trials. I already contacted the team via this email, there is no other solution but waiting, which is not acceptable as the reason I used this app is getting a fast response.

Very bad experience I subscribed for one month to take a doctor constantly, he wasn't experienced enough, they force you to subscribe for auto renewal subscription and if you forget to cancel the subscription they will keep charging you even if u don't use it, they charged me 4 months and when I asked for refund for the last month since I am not using the service they told me auto renewal subscription is not refundable, basically they are stealing your money, don't use it

Very bad service after they convinced me to make the purchase they didn't care to help or even answer. When the doctor called, I didn't even hear one word, and when the call ended, they toke it as one piece of advice, which you can only make 3 calls every week. I won't advice anyone to download this app it's only waste of time and money.

Very bad experience with this app The doctor was very unexperienced and didn't know what he's saying . Mislead me about the illness that had in a very poor way , also gave me wrong diagnosis . It's like I was talking to someone who's just pretending to be a doctor 2nd time, I tried to get a consultation. Didn't work. The doctor accepted my request and then hung up on me . Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone looking for an accurate diagnosis .

Not useful at all because of bad voice connection, I couldn't hear anything! I asked for textual connection for the second time but took me back again for the bad voice connection 🤬. I lost 2 consultation out of 3, and for what? NOTHING at all.

After subscribing and taking your money, you will not be able to communicate with anyone. When you ask to communicate with the doctor, they will ask you for the confirmation number that will reach your phone number, but no matter how much you wait, you will not receive any message. I asked for help from the help team, but the team is made up of fake bots, and after the attempts, someone from the team comes and asks me to wait. Until the last day and on the next day the same thing will happen
