mobile app doesn't work properly most of the time. And when it finally works, I have to click so many times just to get a message across to the marketing agent, super time wasting and annoying. #even after your latest update, bug not solved. i can only use laptop access to view lisitngs. yr app can only search for list of listing, once click on one, it will go into an empty page of loading, and hangs there. also, why can't we have one click to send whatsapp message to agents?

crash every 5 mins. update: totally unusable. it crashed every 1-2mins of activity. im surprised at the level of QC and testing. Uninstalling. using 99.co instead. Much better experience.

cannot add number, otp always have error. then cannot add name to profile. wonder how to contact agent if this continues gosh

very lousy and backward way of handling updates. unable to buy ad credits to promote listing during transition period. during transition period only those with existing credits can promote listing. while those who do not have cannot buy and cannot promote. reason given is transition. they should have still allowed buying but notice to use before the expiry of the transition period. I think this encourages users to promote using other platforms during their so called phasing out of ad credits.
