Excellent customer service, i had issues with in app purchases and got pretty hacked off about it, i emailed them and their response was very quick, i was given everything i lost and compensated for the loss once id proven i had made the purchases. Overall the game is very good, i just wish you could get to the next run a bit faster, but awesone game guys, and great customer servive

you have some seriously sketchy permissions. reading the contents of our sd cards? isnt that like an invasion of privacy? what reason do you have for this?? also to find accounts on our device and retrieve running apps?? plus download files without notifications. what files do you download and why must they be without notification?? some of us like to know what is being downloaded and why/when. get back to me i would really like to know the reasons for all this.

Lots of bugs, i got a great Internet connection, but the Flag Challenge is always not working, I've started the game, but I can't click any buttons at all... the car goes very very slow and I always lose the game, and most of the time, the climbing challenge isn't work. Overall, the graphics and the car itself is good enough.

Was running perfectly fine before update. Now I'm constantly getting disconnected after I win a race. Lost over 40,000 with the issue, lost progress with the issue. I even was awarded a king pass, then the disconnected error came up restarted and no king pass. I'm using the Samsung Galaxy A20 never had the issue until I downloaded the update. Wifi signal is excellent and so is my service connection. The more the error happens the more likely I will be uninstalling.

Yo, absolutly love this game. I play it all the time. I love upgrading my car to be practically unbeatable. Ive been winning many races and will continue to win more. I have no issues with gameplay other than the occasional lagging but i do have an issue with the XP. Why does it take so long to earn a decent amount of XP? Ive been playing dor a while now and i want to move foward and upgrade more vehicles but it just takes so long to earn XP.

Only rating a 3 because the game is good and has tons of potential, the sounds are great and the game looks good but how the gearing works when driving up hills and stuff is stupid and get rid of the stupid quicksand there is no point of it just makes you want to leave the map and not even play the game. Also fix the game so I doesn't crash on the users $1000 phone that should be able to run the game fine
