Current best airline app by far. Works fast, easy to navigate, extremely responsive, all great. ONLY issue I have is on check-out for bags, it gives the price, then it says "OR" and gives blank credit card information form, basically looks like the saved payment method area is completely missing. No option to use previous saved payment methods anywhere, you have to manually add CC each time.

What's the point of this app if it doesn't perform as needed? I click on "account" and it freezes with an error. Are you telling me the programmers can't debug an app to the point of function? I realize I can go to the website but AGAIN why have an app if it's unreliable.Ive checked my phone , it has plenty of memory, processing capacity. this app is flawed.

The past couple of times, I have tried to use the app to check in. I have had issues. It used to be very easy to click on my flight then check in. It no longer shows. I have now checked in online and it still doesn't show on the app after refreshing multiple times over 30 minutes. I would like to know I can see my boarding pass. The screen also turns white when I click trips and refresh.

App freezes upon first loading, you get a "We'll be just a moment..." and it usually doesn't open. Deleting, restarting the phone and then reloading the App will get you a little further but, the App is still not functional. If initially you then get past the App opening, it gives a blank white page if you choose my account. My flight leaves in two days so, I'll either have to get paper tickets, or try and see if I can go to their website through Chrome. Probably THE WORST App in a long time!

lately is less after converting to ATMOS. Logs out almost instantly. unlike the previous version where you are logged to the app and always on the go. I stopped getting my promotional emails, ongoing sales are not shown in the app. Put the app back the way it was when it was just Alaska Air. It was working fine, while this version seems half baked

Google auto fill is not accepted. Having difficulty with typing password also. Currently locked out. I require more than 3 tries. When I logged in the second time to check in, requires airport and reservation code? Than an error message. Required a second login. Would not accept the password. Locked out. Should not be this hard. AND now not locked out and checked in. Hopefully working tomorrow at the airport.
