This app has drastically worsened in recent months. It’s incredibly slow, often freezes or crashes, and I’ve had to force close it multiple times. Too many useless notifications and pointless features make it heavy and frustrating, especially when trying to make payments. If it stays like this, I’ll switch to another operator. Terrible experience.

The new version hangs when loading on-top packages so it's impossible to select and buy one. Clearing the cash and storage data resolves the issue temporarily but the problem comes back after a few minutes or hours. A permanent fix is urgently required. I have the same problem on two different phones with different versions of Android and it's been reported by other users too.

The new version is terrible. They have had 5 version changes in a month and they still can't get it right. The new version is intended for Android 10+ but it won't run on my tablet. The old version does. As for the app being used to promote AIS, it is worthless, especially if you don't live in Bangkok. The LINE stickers are only in Thai so unless you are fluent in Thai they aren't worth anything. The Food, etc should have a map to show where the merchants are located.

Terrible new verson of the app. Even though I chose English as the language, many of the subgroups were in Thai. The silly graphics really slow it down even though my phone has 12 GB ram. So much advertising that I couldn't find the utilities. I was looking for roaming packages and found none. Then, after deleting and reinstalling the app, I found it easily, still very buggy.

I got an SMS message from AIS that said I needed to update my profile with my passport photo, so I took a picture of my passport and sent it to the link that AIS provided. I got an error that the network doesn't support multimedia messages. I was on the AIS network. Nice. So I tried the option in the app to update my profile... tried for over an hour. It wouldn't take my photo. It just kept saying "Change the environment," then it would time out. This app is garbage. AIS is garbage.

In order to use the app it forces you to turn in location access if you want to do anything such as pay your bill. Click "no thanks" than it keeps popping up instantly so it prevents you from using the site. This is terrible! Why do you need my location in order to pay my bill or use the app?! Even Google Maps doesn't force you to enable location in order to use the allocation. AIS is not to be trusted!
