Use Mitra app to manage all your Airtel retailer account & services at One place. Mitra provides a simple, intuitive user interface makes it easy for the retailers to use. Also, there are no usage charges on this app.

If you open this app ten times in a day, you'll have to enter your login number and password ten times. This seems completely useless to me. At the very least, it should have the option to log in using your MPIN or your mobile lock screen fingerprint.

take something time in to use aeps in desktop, every time need to scan from mobile app , why I use mobile app when I am having a desktop.use less feature for verification of desktop every time login process is very time tacking and ac open process is very problematic if any reason we have back it goes to start process.in mobile recharge so many recharge value options are not available.

1, there is no permission to take screenshot in app if any problem faces in application. then how we will complain to customer care that it's problem have in app. I think screenshot option allow in application for all user it's good for user to complain customer care. 2, customer care call facility very bad. donot contact customer care esiliye. very bad

App is good but there is some issue 1. we can't activate sim/mnp with his own identity 2.we can't activate sim/mnp if the customer is also with same name as pos(eg.; if customer name is Rahul then i can't activate/mnp his sim because my name is Rahul. what is logic here🫠😂 ) 3.there is minor buggs and glitches during reacharges

Error: Unable to get location, please find open ground to get location and refresh google maps application. This issue long-lasting since 2024.I have no issue with my mobile and it's hardware.I am using latest version of Android.All installed apps are up to date. Further mobile number search should be like Myvi app. from first 4 digits. Before purchase Aadhaar number eligibility check option should be available (not exceeding limit of mobile connections under a POI and POA Document).

as our few customers face network issues from other operator, to tackle and bring that customer to airtel,make an option of nearby tower info in the app itself, so that we can assure the customer about network coverage of airtel, optional suggestion: make the ui look nice and work faster
