What an amazing ✨ app! This is how it ought to be - not only can I manage my Airtel money account (securely) from within the app, I can also get an overview of my balances (Data, Calls, SMS) in a single interactive dashboard. I can subscribe to/purchase various deals all in one app. It's also connected to government services so that I can be linked to them speedily. It also allows me to identify Airtel shops in an area of my choosing, check network coverage, and upgrade to an E-sim! Kudos ✨

the app is great, and the user experience is awesome. However, I'd like to suggest the app be updated so it can run offline, as long as the user is using an airtel sim. that way, if I run out of data, I can easily go there and renew or buy a new data plan, or if I run out of airtime mid-conversation, I can easily go there to buy airtime.

Very poor experience using airtel Mifi data services. I logged on to the platform to log in into my account, but unfortunately couldn't recall my password. For days without end now, I tried to change my password using the "forget password" tab but it would not send the said OTP to my alternate number. Extremely abysmal tech! I called their customer care lines endlessly to address the situation but they'll never pick up. Also, the Mifi network goes out at will even with data on it. So, so poor!

Very convenient app that I recommend all you friends who were doubting about it by saying it is easier and simple to use it.But the only thing that enjoyed me I lost my Airtel line like now is three weeks ago and I went to swap at junction mall but till now there's no service. so this meant slowness services to customers.

Useless in the UK. Whenever I try to sign in on the App, verification fails because the App can't send a simple text message. MTN and Momo have no such issues, and they work flawlessly. As soon as the app login reset when I arrived in the UK, I knew I was in trouble.

The new update is the worst, the user experience is really bad, now it is hard to search for bundles some bundles are not there example sms bundles are not available in app, sometimes you cannot buy bundles for someone else when choosing the number all bundles disappear. The language is also mixing Swahili and English. I choose English but it displays the Swahili language in the home tab but english anywhere else. Please roll back the previous App and fix the new one. Also remove ads.
