Doesn't give the option to meet the babysitters before. I think because it's easy, just that too much of a business side to it in where you dont have the option to meet the sitters before. I contacted several sitters and they said they were too busy to meet and if I wanted to meet then I had to pay them. For leaving my daughter with someone I do not know, i would like minimum meet the person that will be responsible for her for a couple of hours; even pet sitter apps have that option.

In the end I did not use the app as I found a long term babysitter for the kids elsewhere. HOWEVER the reason I'm giving 5* is for customer service. The subscription auto-renewed before I remembered to cancel it but the team were very understanding when I contacted them and I was v satisfied with the outcome.

This app saved the day. I needed a babysit within short notice and i was able to find one within 40 minutes!! The only negative remark i have is that one has to have a credit card to pay for the subscription. They dont have a bancontact option. That is a pity. I hope they will introduce that option soon.

The person who recommended this app to me told me that "it's like Tinder, but for babysitters". I think it is better than Tinder though, because you can actually meet valuable people through the bsit app ;) It is however slightly user unfriendly, lacking such functionalities as: 1) Ability to run a list of favorite sitters - after the first sitting a 'heart' on sitter's photo disappears; 2) Ability to propose a sitting to people from the current list of 'usual sitters' or 'saved sitters' instead of the ones pre-selected by the app 3) Ability to view a sitter's profile after a sitting has been confirmed 4) Ability to turn off email notifications resulting in a full inbox 5) Ability to modify a sitting that hasn't got any bookings yet: I need to delete it and redo the whole thing 6) text on mandatory fields says its optional (on booking description)... If it wasn't for these bugs, I'd give it 5 stars. It is also visually very nicely done: colours are good for the eye and there are some nice touches like sitters' profile photos appearing as a small circle on the booking cover.

Some glitches using Belgium phones: on registration, one need to enter "[+32] 04xx xx xx xx" while the actual number should be "[+32] 4xx xx xx xx". Then when taking a subscription and getting proposed to share with partner, no phone number is accepted, neither with +3204xx nor with +324xx. Linking later manually the partner account via the settings worked hopefully (but still with the wrong +3204xx notation if I remember well).

Keeps withdrawing from my cc!! Automatic renewal and not being very transparent about it. I just noticed after two months and only used the app once. Hate practices like these, won't recommend this, my used it a while back when it was still free.
