The Helpful Humans at Advantage Air welcome you to MyPlace!

MyPlace is the answer to simple and affordable home control. MyPlace joins our leading systems, MyAir and MyLights in a user friendly app that allows control of your zoned ducted air conditioning, home lighting and for the first time, unlock the potential of full home control with additional “Keys.”

These “keys” now unlock control of compatible 240 volt appliances such as Garage doors and Blinds which can be controlled worldwide.

Worldwide Control - to use this feature you need to have a MyPlace Tablet installed and connected to your home wifi network. Simply install the app on your Android Device, once you have connected the phone to the matching wifi network your phone will connect automatically.

Update since 2019: the latest update of the app has now broken the mobile app. once in a while the mobile app opens up looking different and no matter what you do, it will not turn on/off or change temp. going to the tablet and waking it up restores the mobile app. the original tablet is also now consistently running out of space and running slow. I do not use the tablet for anything except for MyPlace and google play updates for security reasons.

mobile app doesn't work properly anymore, when away from home it always show the same room temperature regardless of what it actually is.

Needs some serious debugging, can no longer enable or disable scenes on mobile phone since the last update. Quite frustrating, especially when your away from the house. Please fix

So many issues with this app and the wall tablet. Constantly not connecting and having to restart the tablet. Absolutely huge waste of money.

Been using the app on my phone for a couple of months, and love it. Like some people, at first I found it hard to get it to connect. Every time I installed and got things working, it would work once. Then it couldn't connect again. After a while, I realised it stopped working when the wall tablet went to sleep. Disabled automatic sleep mode on the wall unit, now everything is awesome. I hope this helps some others who can't connect. Edit: No need to be on same wifi. Just need internet access.

Scenes need to be able to be adjusted on the app, not just on the wall unit. I love having the app, extremely handy, but please put back the functionality of being able to adjust the aircon "scenes" from the app on your phone. This was possible when it was called "plans". You should be able to adjust the temperature and zone settings and add scenes! Extremely frustrating
