Even if you click the remember me box. It does not remember your username or password. It will not let you use anything related to a previous username, email, or anything you would actually remember. Then, when you do put in all the information. It freaks out and says the password is incorrect. If you go to their desktop website, I can log in regularly. Something is wrong with this app.

This apps is worse. I hear the company spending millions to build but too much crash. I try to log in since last night but only can log in and pop advertisment on what's new and it's work but after you close the ads it's freez without ending. Please monitor and do something about the apps, not the 1st experience encounter but many times in a weeks. I assume those people who manage this apps also a user for this apps.

Horrible app. Cant even report issues via the app when running into errors Had problems generating aia vitality reward code, kept telling me to refresh or report issue. Attempted to report issue but that also fails, and i cannot even take screenshot of the failure due to app blocking it (lik what?!) so then i resorted to reinstall. after reinstalling, cant even login now. Get the error message immediately on login and again told to report issue but none of it works. !!!!!!!

Coming from an international financial institution, this is the WORST app you can find to use! Out of the blue, you keep needing to log in again and again, and when they say they send an OtP to you. it NEVER materialise saying your phone number has change. This app is really hopeless! If possible, don't even look into this app!

Every time I want to open this app, I have to update and have to re-log in. Over and over, very annoying. Please update your app without users having to log in every time.

The app design poor function from systematic & logically process. Issue: 1- online payment processing set 5minute not sure rushing for what purpose, when customer proceed credit card approval process was out of time. 2- In progress online payment steps switching to bank app get approval code process then turn back to AIA app was auto reset from beginning, why not design to continue at pending payment step? Don't know what is intelligence logically system when developing the app? 3-Logout failed
