I've loved this app for learning geography!! It's easy to use and intuitive, and the ads don't get in the way of game play at all. The visuals/graphics are definitely more practical than pretty, but it doesn't impact the usability at all. The rewards/points/leveling systems feel pretty balanced, which I like. Great app overall! My only wish is that I could use it offline.

Update: I've been playing off and on for years. It's still my favorite world geo game! ... This game is amazing in the amount of detail and quality of controls. I am not interested in memorizing every category, so the game lets me pick and choose in the options menu which categories to include. It's easy to narrow the game to a specific category and content to focus on learning--or play all unlocked for highest scoring. I also love that there is a training mode for reviewing missed answers.

Great Game. It is refreshing a lot of what I used to know and adding those things I didnt. And I love maps. A ton of different questions. The game is adding to my knowledge of the world, one continent at a time. I do wish, however, that the option categories opened more quickly than they do. I have been stuck at the languages level for some time now despite good scores.

Reach level 15, you will have 119 treasure chests, 70 achievement levels, numerous hearts. The outlines of countries are hard to guess on because it does not look like any country listed. Sometimes the answers are incorrect. But it was fun anyway. A week of playing, I have a few suggestions, about hints, if you don't use them they just go away, my suggestion is if you don't use them they should be able to use later, when the player feels its convenient. Update the game does not give you treasure

This is an excellent game, but it took me a while to figure out how to remove the ads, so here it is: From the main menu go to "Game." Then go to "Shop." In the Shop, on the very top, you'll see "No Ads" and in front of it "$1.99 USD." Other things are available to purchase on that list such as extra lives, points, etc. I deally, the ad removal option would be under the "Settings" menu. Note again that you can purchase different things in different places (such as customised sign in name for $0.99) but these do not remove the ads.

-Update, 2021: Still love the game, after 3 yrs. But some of the ads seem sketchy, esp "Wish" ads which show too many weapons for sale. Contacted dev about that but got no response.-- I love geography, this game makes me happy. I don't like the flag identifying questions so much, but I'm definitely learning new flags. I would like to see more physical geography like identifying lakes or volcanoes or rivers or bays, etc. Lot of variety in "prizes" and incentives to keep striving for more points.
