Absolutely horrible app. After taking the time to create a worthless account just to get my boarding pass, I learn that the app will not show the boarding pass and just loops endlessly. Additionally, the app does not recognize that I have already checked in, and when I try to update my status, it also softlocks on the page. Horrible experience

Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.

Log in slow, frustrating and virtually impossible. Does not accept password and pass code registers as incorrect, if one tries to backspace. What should be and has been useful is now useless. Revised rating: I must credit the speed of the KLM response. It shows that they are concerned. When they can get the app issues resolved, I will change my opinion accordingly.

The app won't allow me to check in online for the return flight even though I was able to do it online. it actually lied that check in was only available at the airport. When will apps stop discriminating against people flying from eastern Europe? they did it before I became a US citizen and I see they continue to do so. won't be using the app or the company again in the future if I can avoid it

the fact that this is one of the "best" Airlines disheartens me. Flights SUPER EXPENSIVE and get canceled without ANY compensation or consideration, the extra costs thereto must be bore by me. Food is generally terrible. I'm a loyalty member and feel handled like a cow in a stable. if this is the best, how to expectof the rest?... the app is also constantly failing, 10 out of 10 times i try to book it shows a "technical error" from their site. Big fat waste of time.

Put my location randomly in a different country so I couldn't use my bank to pay for a trip. Then it doesn't recognize my profile to autofill my data even though I'm logged in. Have to go back and forth a million times to book a single flight.
