Worst airline app I've ever used. Need to re-verify email and re-authenticate every time the app starts. Everything is extremely slow and times out with unknown API errors half the time. Took about 45 mins of fiddling just to get a boarding pass to show up. If I didn't need to use the app to get on the plane I would never use this app. You are better off with the website and printing a boarding pass which is crazy.

I get more and more frustrated with this app as time goes on. Parts of it won't translate (same with desktop), and to make things worse, now you get nailed with pop up ads when you're trying to book a flight or get your boarding pass. The last thing you ever want in that situation is a pop up offer, but you're going to get it. I know they were bankrupt at one point, but having to rely on pop up revenue??

I have tried on multiple devices, this app simple does not work. It constantly displays error messages, signs me out for no reason, and is very confusing. Completely ridden with bugs. I tried for hours to purchase a seat so I could have an aisle. It looked like it went through, but then I was charged for nothing and ended up paying for a middle seat in the back of the plane. Avoid this airline and their app at all costs!

This is by far the worst airline app I've ever used. There is absolutely no testing done on it. Their website is even worse. Notifications for a flight cannot be enabled. Sometimes I am forced to buy a seat instead of skipping. The ticket does not show up after check in. I had to do it multiple times. I got double charged when I actually wanted to cancel a flight. If you have a chance, fly with another airline.

Horrible, horrible experience. I'm a 34 yr old techie, and I've spent untold hours repeated the same processes to login or gain access. Data validation trips unnecessarily. Web app and mobile app often don't talk to each other. Can only find your rewards number by calling. Just a bad experience. Charges for checked bags despite already having paid for checked bags. Just really bad.

Absolutely terrible. A complete disgrace. The two things you want to be able to do is check on flight updates and load your boarding passes. It cannot do either task. All the app can do is charge you more for completely stupid upgrades. Aeromexico utterly sucks as a whole. I'm shocked we didn't die in a fiery crash. It's like... Oh God I dunno. I suggest looking up lots of reviews. I will definitely avoid ever using them again if I can.
