ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team.

- This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).

Awful app. absolute junk. used to barely work (very slowly), now they "updated" it and it won't work at all. "updated" version forgot my biometrics, makes me sign in, verify via SMS code, I enter it in and it sends me to a black screen for a minute or two and then goes back to the login page. Its not even app at this point, its just an endless login loop. garbage

Fix your app! For months now logging into the mobile app is a nightmare! An endless loop of MFA that goes nowhere, just back to the login screen. If I need to login to the app to view my paystub, request time off, approve my timecard, etc. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then can only login once! And it's not my phone or service or anything on my end, this is how it is for EVERYONE at my workplace. If I didn't have to use this app to clock in and out I wouldn't!

I need to download my pay stubs every 2 weeks, and I have to enter my password to constantly re-enable biometrics, it doesn't hold that, so the next time I log in I have to look up my password again making the biometric login basically useless. It has been this way for quite a number of updates, and when I do update, I also have to look up my password to re-enable biometric login which doesn't stay when I use the app again.

This app seem to not work on my phone. Every time I log in, the app does not log me in but keeps me at the log in page after multiple attempts of logging in (keep in mind, I am logging in the correct information). Furthermore, too many occurances of glitches, which does hinders me to clock in/out through the app as well. Clearing the cache does not help either.

It's fine when you can log in....but you almost never can lol. The first time you log in is fine, but the "secure login" every time after that just gets you stuck in a loop of logging in only to be told to log in again. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will allow you to login once. Then you have to uninstall again. Clearing cache doesn't help, updating my phone OS doesn't help. Pathetic.

Had fingerprint log-in set up, now it's gone for no reason, and the app is wanting me to use my password. The point of using biometrics is so that I don't have to attempt to remember one of my 50 million passwords, use one that I think works, only to find out that it doesn't work, request password assistance so that I don't get flagged and locked out of my account for too many unsuccessful attempts, etc. Restore my biometrics and leave it alone from here on out.
