Man, the previous version, ActiveBuilding was such a great app. Everything always worked and never had any problems signing in. It was easy to schedule maintence and communicate with the apartment office. Loft isn't even close to that experience. I don't think I've been able to sign in through the Loft app even once. In order to pay my rent, I have to click on my reminder from my email in order to access my account. The app isn't even functional on the most basic level.

I wish My apartment complex didn't use this app, it's absolutely awful, constantly crashing, you try to sign in and it'll fail to load and take you back to the sign in page. or it will randomly just take you back to the sign in page even when it loads properly. Is not user friendly, impossible to navigate and view past and recent payments or bills due. They really should give up on this app.

The app works 50% of the time but it's the easiest way to pay my rent. I always have to uninstall and reinstall, power phone on and off, clear data history just to get it to work. Lately, I've been getting a blank white screen everytime trying to open the app. I wish my complex would go back to the old system cause this isn't it!!

App says I can use biometric sign in but, of course, it doesn't work. I still have to sign in every time. Nothing loads except my home page and the settings. App is useless. Notifications don't work. I've tried to change every setting on my phone but it doesn't even list as an app that can use notifications. Horrible update from Active Building.

update: its now 2025, still slow and still has issues. Unfortunately its what my apt building wants to use. Slow to load and not able to send messages/emails. When trying to send an email message, the keyboard pops up over the field that you are typing in so that you can not see what you're typing unless you minimize the keyboard. Makes it nearly impossible to compose a message.

when this app works, it's great, but half the time, it likes to log you off. I have biometrics set up, and not once has it let me log in with my fingerprint. Every time I have to re log in, I have to do this dance with logging in, and the web page not working. It's always crashing. I end up having to try and log in 10 different times before I can even pay my rent. It's so frustrating.
