I paid the amount on the 1st day of the month, to get renewal. Apps show valid till the 1st of next month, I have a screenshot. Support agents are saying it was reflected for last month (which I have not used). To skip the resolution all are disconnecting the calls. My money was scammed. I have multiple referrals who are using this service, now I'm disconnecting this and also suggest all my referrals to switch this worst service.

horrible connection. earlier it seems good. I've been using ACT for the past 2/3 Years. the service was good then. now it's HORRIBLE. there is always connection issue on daily basis!!! can't get hold of live agent either. If you want a Wi-Fi without any interrupting, I'd say choose any other providers. ACT don't care for their loyal customers. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!!

worst app. Our connection got disconnected just 1 day after we set it up. and when we tried calling customer care, it was an automated voice stating that we have to wait and that there are 32 members on call waiting before us. and then I tried chat box, it never worked. I spent hours sorting it out but the only reply I get is "sorry we are facing technical issues, please try again later" it takes like 5 minutes to even get this message everytime. very pathetic guys, very pathetic

Worst internet connection ever. Frequent disconnect issues and no quicker response. Technicians don't want us to raise the request and request for a call when the internet is down and then they rarely lift calls or they won't even pickup. It takes longer for an issue to get resolved. Once the internet is down it will take forever to get any updates. Have used other internet services over the years and never faced any issue. This was the only service available in my area and couldn't even switch.

There is no option of knowing cheaper plans once you get locked into a premium plan or how to discontinue the service. Also, the per month bill fluctuates for some reason. after discontinuing and depositing the router, I didn't receive the security deposit, and there's no communication from the company.

I have it installed just 15-20 days back. From the 10th day onwards, i have raised tickets 2 times for the same thing 'internet connectivity' issue has arisen. It still keeps on happening. Very bad service. Utterly dissapointed. Also dissappointed on myself for taking a 6 months plan. I feel like i'll throw their router someday.
