The insurance service is very poor. I filed a car insurance claim, but it’s been delayed for almost 15 days. They assigned a very unprofessional claim handler who doesn’t even answer phone calls. I’ve had a really bad experience with this company. Please think carefully before buying their insurance — next time, you might face the same problem.

Very disappointing experience with Acko Drive car service. Despite confirming spare parts availability with customer care before booking, I was told at the service center (after traveling 20 km) that parts were not available. The mechanics did not seem professional—they mishandled basic tasks, did not allow me to observe the work, and after touching the fuel filter, my car wouldn’t even start. A complete waste of time and money. I will not be using or recommending Acko Drive again.

I am trying to change my ownership of my two wheeler and in this critical stage, its saying something went wrong when i try to enter the vehicle number and submit. Such critical function is broken, did not expect this.

This company is grossly negligent. Useless and forced on the user The tasks this app does could easily be done on their website. But they force you to download their app. In my case this negligent company and their employees purposely didn't load correct engine number for my car. This led the government not issuing information on their website. Leading to fines. They didn't bother to check or correct. And instead of correcting, they force you to download the app instead of rectifying. A scam.

Using this app for last two days after buying a policy for my new vehicle. Firstly, you can download the policy copy on app only on phone. Why I need to install an app for a policy? Second, even with app, I can't download it as the app kept on telling me errors like 'file name too long' or 'check your internet connections'. So, I had to rush to my desktop to download a copy of policy. And which company issues 7 page document in which 5 pages are just ad? Hope going with acko was a wise decision!

software of the Acko has been deliberately develop with many loopholes so that innocent customer can easily be duped. In my case, I have been charged again the amount which was already paid under third party option. On enquiry customer care said that software is made in such a way that previous information cannot be found. Very frustrating experience.
