The app really deserves the 5-star rating, however there's an exception: I really don't know if the given property's information is organized by the ALL or the hotel provided. That's because I've made an expensive reservation which includes car parking and when I went into property's page, it was displayed a payable Valet Parking. I believe everyone would think in a free car parking. Instead, such informations should be given at the first part of the page, in order to avoid misunderstanding.

The booking's fine, but the customer service not there. You just get a chatbot, and you can never talk to a real person. Plus, there's no easy way to email them with questions. If there is an email, it's super hidden. Also, the booking currency is different from what you see in the confirmation email because it gets converted to the hotel's currency.

Great app, has been constantly improving, with all the info you need to compare and book, as well as manage your ALL account with digital membership card & welcome drink voucher. I always book direct rather than through other online travel agents as the ALL points and benefits are great and mean you save money on your stays. I would prefer it if they always showed the price inclusive of taxes and fees, it is misleading quoting a lower price - and potentially in breach of Australian consumer law.

hard to navigate. For example, I thought I was transferred to Europcar to book and get points but apparently it was a third party and I get lots of fees. Also, I thought it best to book direct with the app for an event but it was cancelled and I was given no notification or email!! Glad I checked before the grand prix and booked elsewhere. I want to be an Accor customer but I don't get treated any differently.

Misleading USD Pricing in Australian App and you cannot change it. Only reason I found out was in settings trying to change it,The app is currently showing prices in USD for Australian users without clear labelling. This is causing the final checkout price in AUD to be nearly double what is initially displayed. This practice is confusing and misleading. Please correct the app to display all prices in AUD by default for the Australian region to ensure pricing transparency.

I booked a stay in Australia using the ALL Accor app. The app showed $206.32 with no currency label, and my app setting was AUD. I was then charged AUD 312.55, and support later said the displayed price was actually in USD. That’s very misleading for Australian users. The app should clearly show the currency before payment. I’ve lodged a dispute with my bank — hopefully Accor fixes this for customers in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
