Can do better. When it freezes you have to log in all over. Also, when you get out of the app (to make a phone call for example) and come back, it restarts you all over. So you'd have to rebrowse through what you were looking for. It would also be a great help if it let us know if we've bought an item before. To prevent rebuying and refunding.

I love everything about this app, except the store pickup option. I don't know why, but when I went to do a pickup it said I can get it same day, then after I ordered, it changed it to ship to store instead and my "same day" pickup suddenly goes to about a week and a half of waiting. Not a big deal breaker, but frustrating none the less.

Would be a 5/5 if they would give all the information of their products in the description. For instance, the leg opening of their jeans. Another problem is that the app doesn't allow you to filter the inseam on bottoms. This makes it difficult for me to find my size (28×34). If those problems are fixed, I would rate this app 5 stars. Until then 3/5.

You have faster access to the deals! Literally can just hop on and see the sales available that you wouldnt see at the store or at other coupon websites. Sometimes there are glitches when I am choosing the In-store pickup option and it takes awhile to load. And I find it odd that everytime I'm on my Saves page, it always redirects me back to the top so I have to scroll scroll scroll down to where I was before and that's annoying Other than that, great app.

I have had a order issue for a whole week now. Multiple calls to "customer service" with refusal to speak to management after 3 unsuccessful attempts to resolve. Started with making a return to a store and receiving a merchant credit that keeps getting denied for use online. Over $100 of my money has been "on hold.. need to wait 24-48 hours to use it". It's been a week. Called yesterday, same resolution attempt.. and guess what... yup... back on hold because there's a problem with my payment.
