    I do not speak much Spanish and I have been trying to log into the app for several days. The phone number they have for me is not connected to WhatsApp and there seems to not be a way to change it. When I try contacting the phone number provided, none of the option prompts work. This is horrible! How do I know which app is the latest version? I am only seeing one app to download.

    Their verification process via phone number doesn't work and it has locked me out of my funds, support is useless as they just escalate and you never hear back from them Let me access my account!!! I have money in there

    takes forever to get a card, their delivery company is a scam, forging signatures, and customer service never responds. Twice they've said that the card was delivered and signed for by me, which never happened. Complete fraud. And they say to order another card through the app, which isn't possible..."ups, algo salió mal." To be fair, this may all be due to their delivery service BigSmart and not actually to Stori, but Stori is at fault for contracting with such a useless service 😑.

    I'm so thankful for credit cards like Stori, it helped me fix my bad credit history I had, of course by making payments on time but they were the only ones that opened the door for me. Now everyone keeps offering me credit cards from different banks, and my credit score keeps getting better. The app works perfect!

    The app isn't perfect but, it gets the job done. I find it very odd when trying to get answers in regards to credit, the card itself, etc., because there's never a real person behind the chats or emails. I guess I'll keep using it and see if I get a third increment to the credit line

    One of theee best apps i used believe me and i could name a few in Mexico that are buggy and lack payment history they freeze up etc ete. Stori is beautiful smooth once you make a purchase a notification on your phone and email just awsome. Thank you Stori team you rock.
