It's definitely not a good one. I have done many surveys app and have never ran into the issues I have woth this app. They DO NOT PAYOUT fast! It takes upto 48 hours to get a gift card because they do not let you use your PayPal. It took so long to get that 12.50 before I could washout and now I'm stuck waiting on a gift card. get real! Once I receive the payout if I ever do I will definitely be deleting this app. Highly disappointed.

I love the app. Before, it was extremely laggy and slow, which made it frustrating to use. You’d stop an entry and it’d be several seconds before it’d actually stop, and syncing just made it worse. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it’s syncing because it literally freezes until it’s done. Although you still can’t use it while syncing, it feels smoother now. The download speed is faster and more stable. This new update is fire! I’ve used Keep on my laptop and now on my phone too.

The customer service for this app is NON-EXISTENT. All I ever get is a bot that can't answer my questions or help with any issues. I've emailed MultiPolls multiple times and never received a response. Many times I complete surveys, but don’t get paid at the end. There’s no way to get in touch with real support. Extremely frustrating.

To begin with 4 stars. I've taken surveys with them for a very short time, so far so good. The payments are on par with other sites, they've been easy to complete and I've only suffered a few rejections. I reached the $12.50 cash out and submitted it & less than 15 minutes later it was on my PayPal. Even though it can take up to 48 hours. The payout threshold is higher than some others but it'll be worth it to me if it works like this consistently. Definitely worth a try for the surveys.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical when I started completing surveys on MultiPolls app but I tried to persevere and keep going as I kept seeing the amount go up after completing each one. And meeen, it's sooo worth it and it's LEGIT! Unlike other apps where you collect points that then become cash and it gets a bit messy. I super recommend this app esp for SAHMs who want a bit of pocket money without needing anything but your honest opinion and your time. Today I got my first $15 payout! 🥳👏🏼👏🏼

So far it's an okay app. I would love to have more options of cashing out (not just prepaid cards, something I can use outside online stores). Even though the app sometimes glitches it's easy to accumulate the money, either with surveys or the games. I do think there's room for improvement but for now I am pretty happy with the app
