I recently used Smiles and had an incredibly frustrating experience. There are so many better alternatives out there now. The wait times for orders are absurdly long, and the delivery estimates provided are completely unreliable, you just can't trust it. On top of that, the app's user interface is clunky. Overall, the entire experience was poor, and I won't be returning.

I had a supermarket order and I chose many products (4-5), and there was a discount offer. Suddenly they said that some products are out of stock, I said it's okay I want to cancel the order. They said you can't. I insisted on canceling the order but customer service insisted that the order can't be canceled, they delivered the products at their full price without achieving the discount.. The financial problem is not that big I'm talking about 20 dirhams but the problem is the bad treatment.

smiles app is good, but with the grocery it happened twice that i got discount around 50 Aed because i placed an order over 250 Aed which was a condition for the coupon, after placing the order few of the items were missing so on ariving the discount was not applied and i had to pay full price, and though the amount was still above the minimum order.

worst customer support and delivery team. My order shows on the way in the application but the team says it is cancelled due to lack of response. I called the driver several times myself but they never responded. The chat support does not have any clue what they are doing exactly. They did not even mention about any refund and the order shows still processing. Totally a Scam. Not recommended to use this at all.

Very bad support I placed a grocery order. After placing it, I noticed some items were added to the order that I did not select. I canceled that order and used the “Edit Order” option to correct it, then placed the order again. However, today, I received deliveries for both the canceled order and the edited order. I only intended to receive the edited order. I chat with Support team they said they will call but no call until now

Home service doesn’t show up, doesn’t bother to respond or inform about cancelling the appointment, and keeps you waiting while their customer care team pretends to be resolving the issue but never does. In the end, it’s of no use. This clearly shows their zero value for the customer and the customer’s time.
