The application does NOT send any OTP neither using ID or phone number. This was tried after many trials and even app re-installation

Bad interface (even after the updates). Offers and deals are taking all of the interface space. No clear menu/ button/ option to show your current subscribed services and their status (e.g. mobile data balance). The offers are misleading and overpriced. The interface is simply NOT user-friendly. Tech support provided through the app is slow and inconvenient. And much more .....

no OTP is received, tried several times and couldn't log in! update: I called your call center number, but as usual no body answers and line is disconnected after 4 minutes of wait, I tried three times! ridiculous! the WhatsApp support doesn't understand except the pre-programmed tasks, hence, we are stuck with no support!

The good thing after last update is to have all numbers owned by me in one profile, but it is painful to switch between numbers as system keeps asking for verification code every time which is non convenient! Also it is slow and cannot activate biometric option, even if you select that it will turn off again!
